HEDLEY Wood Caravan and Camping Park, set in 40 acres of woodland at Bridgerule, has been sold by leisure park sector specialist Colliers International.

It was sold off-market to Bridge Leisure, the holiday park operator, backed by Private Equity firm Phoenix Equity Partners.

Ben Jones, director in the Holiday Parks team at Colliers covering the South West and Wales, said: “The sale reflects the unprecedented level of recent market activity at a corporate level.”
