ENFIELD Park in Camelford came alive with music on Saturday, as people were entertained with a variety of different singers and bands.
The Music in the Park event was organised by Camelford Town Council.
The event kicked off at 3pm with music by Camelford Town Band, followed by singer Sian Netherton, Samba Celtica, a jazz band and pop-rock group Accidental Hero rounded off the evening.
Cllr Kirsty Ferguson, who is a member of the council’s events team, said: “It was fantastic. We wanted to offer Camelford a wide range of different kinds of music. It was a free event for the people of Camelford.”
There was a bar run by the town’s Conservative Club as well as a hog roast and Alice in Burgerland to help cater for all tastes.
The day was well supported and the team hopes to organise another event in October.
