PACT represents Partners and Communities Together and it is a method that allows the police and partner agencies to engage with the community.
A police spokesman said: "A PACT meeting is your opportunity to raise your neighbourhood concerns to the relevant partners at the meeting in order to raise three local priorities to be worked towards."
At present the three local priorities are speeding vehicles, parking within Bude Town and Stratton, and anti-social behaviour including boy-racers.
At the July meeting, PC Dave Monkton, who is the Bude, Stratton and Poughill Neighbourhood Beat Manager will give updates as to work undertaken towards the current priorities.
Throughout the month of May, the Neighbourhood Policing Team has been consulting with their community, by means of PACT postcards. Up until the meeting, these postcards will be readily available at Bude Police Station and from local officers for residents to complete.
Alternatively, you can phone the Neighbourhood Beat Team on 01288 357502 where there is an answerphone facility to leave a message, or email [email protected]">[email protected].
The spokesman added: "Please take the time to complete PACT postcards, and also to attend the meeting so that the majority, rather than the minority, can set the policing priorities."
The meeting will get under way at 7.30pm.
