TRAFFIC was held up for some time along Holsworthy’s Chapel Street on Monday, after a tractor fell on its side, blocking the road.
The John Deere tractor needed recovery after it fell onto its side just past the arch bridge leading into Holsworthy’s town centre. Police confirmed the driver was not injured and the road was closed while the driver organised recover.
PCSO Emma Tomkies, thanked the public for their co-operation in the matter. “Thank you to everyone for your help and patience whilst we were dealing with the overturned tractor on Chapel Street. There were no injuries to anyone involved.”
