St Teath Village Show attracted a total of 560 entries from 80 residents and members of St Teath W I and Gardening Club. Children from Teath Pre-school and primary school also entered some of the classes. The extreme weather conditions of early summer, hot and dry, and then wet and windy in the final few weeks accounted for the drop of 32 entries to 84 in the cut flower section. The art and craftwork entries were more than double that of 2013. Judges were impressed with the quality and quantity on display. Needlecraft judge Sue Hawke from Wadebridge said the display was even 'more impressive than last year's outstanding effort'.
