ANNIE Hogg will be a familiar face to many in Holsworthy, although such is the nature of her work that there are some who will not be aware of the "amazing impact" she has made in the community.

Annie is a community nurse specialist from North Devon Hospice, and she has been supporting local people in the Holsworthy area for the last 20 years.

The hospice cares for people affected by cancer and other life-limiting illnesses, and Annie's role is to visit patients at home providing support, advice and a listening ear to those who need her.
