The annual awards evening for North Petherwin AFC was held at their sponsor's The White Horse Inn on Saturday, May 30. The awards for the season were presented by manager Nigel Cowling.

Jo Reeves' incredible form this season saw him retain the young player's award and also take the players' player of the year cup to boot. James Knight was very deserving of the most improved player and he too added to his tally with the manager's player award.

Mikey Houghton's 30 goal haul retained his top scorer trophy and player/secretary Andi Sleeman picked up the club person of the year for his second time. Chris Thompson's cheeky flicked finish at St Mawgan was mentioned for goal of the season and all of the players received a league runners up trophy and look forward to being promoted into a division higher after the summer break.

The team also showed their appreciation for the efforts of the retiring Peter Bowles, a true North Petherwin AFC legend.
