THE annual North Hill Dog Show was voted a 'barking' success on Saturday week, when dogs and their owners enjoyed a sunny afternoon at one of the friendliest dog shows in the Launceston area.
Entries were up on last year — the sunshine definitely helped, as well as the barbecue and refreshments provided by the North Hill Football Club.
There were plenty of classes for all types and sizes of dog from the miniatures to the GSDs and from puppies to veterans.
Thanks to the generosity of local pet shops no one went home empty-handed — there were doggie treats for all.
