THE Friends of Bridgerule C Of E (Vc) Primary School held their very own coffee morning to support Macmillan Cancer Support on Thursday, September 10.

As part of the campaign to raise awareness for the need for cancer support for not just those undergoing treatment but also for their carers, coffee mornings were held to raise funds for Macmillan Cancer Support nationwide.

Friends of Bridgerule School held their own coffee morning, which was well supported by families, friends and carers of the pupils.

On the Friday, the pupils opted for a ‘Non School Uniform Day’ to boost their donations and an excess of £160 was donated to this wonderful cause.
