BUDE-STRATTON Town Council has no objections to a planning application to demolish a hotel in the town.

The planning application, for Mr R and Mr G Colwill, with Trewin Design Architects as agents, proposes the demolition of the existing Penarvor Hotel at Flexbury, and one unit of residential accommodation, to replace with ten apartments.

No objection was raised at the council’s planning committee, at its meeting on September 14.

The final decision is expected to be made by Cornwall Council’s planning committee.
