TINTAGEL Parish Council Chairman Roger Wickett has responded to complaints regarding new parking legislation at the village social hall by saying they are "regrettable," but ultimately "a last resort" in dealing with improper usage.
Resident Rob Brooks is amongst those angry at the implementation of new signs and patrols that could see rogue users fined either a £25 night storage fee, a £70 parking charge notice, a £100 wheel clamp release fee or £200 tow away fee.
