JUST in time for summer new business Heart, Smoke & Soal in Holsworthy is inviting the public to join its upcoming open days for some hands-on outdoor cooking experience.

On June 25 Heart, Smoke & Soal officially opened its doors to the public with an extravagant official open day, where local people could come along to test out the equipment and enjoy a special cook out.

During the next open event on August 6 the incredible Nila Ross-Patel will be hosting a special live Indian cooking demonstration using one of Heart, Smoke & Soal’s Kadai fire bowls. She will also be taking this opportunity to launch a new recipe — so pop along to get your hands on a special recipe card and be among the first to try this new culinary delight.

Owners Zowie Brooks and Gareth Rees are looking forward to meeting everyone to their next community cook-up.
