New baby Yanchella Angora Goats are pictured at Noteworthy Caravan and Camping Site near Holsworthy. The breed are prizewinning Angora goats which produce mohair. Mohair is used for spinning, weaving or dyeing and meat can be produced subject to demand. Spinning of the can mohair is taught at the farm. On Saturday at the Devon County Show children are welcome to have a go at showing the Angora goats. With the four week old kids are: Mitchell Snook-Bevis, Alisha Squirrell, Jorja Snook-Bevis and Max Snook-Bevis.
