A CHIROPODIST from Holsworthy has recently won a national award.

Jenny Hyslop has been honoured with a national award for practitioner of the year, presented by the British chiropody and podiatry association.

The award is accredited for a practitioner who provides dedicated care with passion for their work as well as for their contribution to their local community, and who goes above and beyond the call of duty.

Based at the Holsworthy Medical Centre, Jenny has provided a chiropody/podiatry service for Holsworthy and the surrounding areas for 18 years. She provides gentle but thorough treatment, enabling patients to improve their quality of life.

Jenny has extended her appreciation and thanks to all her patients who have forwarded their nominations in support of her award.

She has won a trophy, certificate and a two-day course in London to be taken later in the year.
