Narberth's Carnival Queen this year is Abby Rogers. She was chosen at a recent selection night held at the RAOB Club. Margaret and Terry Brace, the incoming Mayor of Neyland and her husband, had the unenviable job of conducting the judging. Fairy Queen is Shay Leathers, with attendants Erin Unsworth and Ffion Ramsden, Carnival Princess is Ella Warne with attendant Carys Warne, while Carnival Prince is Sonny Gibbard. The ever-popular Civic Week takes place from Sunday, July 19, to Saturday, July 25, Carnival Day.
