POLICE in Abergavenny are appealing for witnesses following reports of a naked man seen indulging in an indecent act on a footpath near the town centre.

A woman reported seeing the man masturbating on the path leading from Ross Road to the grounds of the former Pen-y-Fal Hospital at around 5.45 on Wednesday, April 15.
