A FABULOUS evening was enjoyed by all on Friday, March 22 with a musical extravaganza!

With the combined forces of Camelford Town Band and Wadebridge Male Voice Choir the audience were certainly in for a treat.

The evening was filled with music from all genres, even including the odd bit of swing, toe tappers and pop and a rousing finale of Morte Christe. But such an evening would not have been possible if it wasn’t for the huge talent that is Gareth Stubberfield. Camelford Town Band is very pleased to announce the appointment of Gareth as their permanent musical director. The concert held in St Teath Church was the first official outing with Gareth and they are delighted that it was such a success.

A spokesperson from Camelford Town Band said: “We are all excited to see where the next 12 months take us. We would like to say a massive thank you to everyone that supported the concert, to St Teath church for hosting the rabble and to Wadebridge Male Voice Choir for joining in the frivolity.”
