NORTH Cornwall MP Dan Rogerson paid a visit to Trelay Farm, near Bude on Friday, March 23.

There he looked at the results of the St Gennys Low Carbon Community project that received funding under the Local Energy Assessment Fund (LEAF).

The members of the Trelay LEAF team showed him their solid wall demonstration project, which shows how to insulate hard-to-heat stone-built homes that are common in Cornwall.

They also talked about their community liaison work and the information they are providing to local people. Pictures from their infrared survey camera, which show heat leakage in colour, were on display too.
