NORTH Cornwall MP Dan Rogerson was welcomed to bowl the first wood of the season at Stratton Bowling Club on Saturday, April 16. He said after the event: "Stratton Bowling Club are thriving, with very active members and it is a huge honour to be invited to bowl the first wood of the season. Fortunately they also allowed me to bowl the second wood, which actually ended up somewhere near the jack!"
