THE praise for the Moorlanders Motor Cycle Club's (MCC) Easter Egg Run was high this year, as was the attendance and the amount raised for local children's charities.
Social media, including Facebook and Twitter, has been alive with comments about the event.
Mike Sterling of St Mawgan, who is one of the Moorlanders, said: "Thanks must go to the organisers for such a well organised ride. We really enjoyed it and we can't wait for next year."
It is estimated that around 800 motorcyclists congregated at Davidstow airfield on Easter Sunday.
Many people lined the streets of Camelford to watch the procession of motorbikes go through the town, the first point since leaving the airfield.
Moorlanders, assisted by Widows Sons South West and Devon and Cornwall Traffic Police, safely marshalled the egg run towards Bodmin, along to Dobwalls, around Colliford Lake, ending in Polyphant at Bowden Derra Care Home.
There, they enjoyed live music from Stoned Zucchini and the Adrenaline and awarded trophies to the best motorcycles on the run.
It is believed that the egg run will raise £5,000 again this year.
Mark Townsend, Morlanders' chairman, said: "We are grateful for the overwhelming support this year, including our corporate sponsors and all the local businesses.
"Thanks also must go to the Kings Head at Altarnun for additional funds raised during the evening."
