A MAN has been seriously injured after a motorcycle was in collision with a car on the A39 near St Teath.
Police are keen to hear from witnesses to the incident — at around 3.15pm on Saturday, February 18 police received a report of the collision.
A 52-year-old man from Helston who was riding a BMW motorcycle sustained a serious head injury and other injuries and was taken immediately to Derriford hospital in Plymouth by air ambulance. His condition is reported as being seriously ill.
The driver of the car, a Peugeot 207 was a local woman in her twenties who is understood to be uninjured.
