MEMBERS of the North Cornwall Motorcycle Club presented a cheque for £1,038 to Norman Trebilcock of Front Line Emergency Equipment Trust (FLEET).

The money was raised by club members and staff of The King Arthurs Arms, Tintagel, by taking part in the FLEET annual cycle ride, which is held every September.

As well as swapping horsepower for pedal power, the club also provides motorcycle marshals at various points along the route to ensure the safety of the cycle riders.

The North Cornwall Motorcycle Club meets at the King Arthur's Arms on the last Tuesday of each month. For more information, phone George on 01840 770300.
