A CHARITY event was held on October 6 at Eagle House Hotel for the League of Friends in aid of Launceston Hospital, organised by Fliss Roberts and Lee Marshall.

Becky and Bill Perry kindly donated their function room for the event free of charge, and Double Ambition Entertainment donated his time and equipment for music and singing free of charge.

Fliss expressed thanks to all the businesses that donated prizes for the raffle, to everyone that helped and everyone that went and supported the event. The total raised was £878.57.
