The Holsworthy Community Property Trust, created to supply affordable housing for local people on a shared equity basis, has just received £162,000 to be used to provide further affordable housing. The money had been held by Torridge District Council and came from Highfield Homes responsible for the Menors Place development in North Road in lieu of their building affordable homes.
