A MOBILE information bus will be visiting Liskeard next week to provide cancer information and advice.

A team from Macmillan Cancer Support will be on the Parade, outside Webb's House, from 10am to 4pm on Thursday.

The team will be giving free, confidential support to anyone with a concern or question relating to cancer or to caring for someone with cancer.

Helen Mitchell, an information and support specialist who travels with the bus, said: 'Caring can be a fulfilling and positive experience, but caring without enough support can have a negative effect on someone's health, career, relationships and ability to life a life of their own outside their caring role.

'We are here for anyone who has any questions or worries.

'Whether it's about you, a relative or friend, come on board the bus and talk to us.'
