IN the summer term of 2016, Hepworth House set the challenge to design a banner, which could be used at different events such as Armistice Day and sports events, in which the college was participating.

The winning entry was created by Minnie Jacobs from 8 SRO.

l THERE was a spectacular turnout at auditions for Julius Caesar recently. Eighty students went over to DR2 at lunchtime and after school, showcasing their impressive skills.

The atmosphere in the drama studio was electric and the students’ passion and focus could not be faulted.

A spokesperson for the college said: “We would like to thank all the students for giving up their time and we hope that everyone will be involved in some way.”

The results of the audition will be made available as soon as possible.
