CYM Downing of Launceston Memory Café brought some drums in for Kernow House to work with on their Memory Lane Community and they got a lot of enjoyment from making sounds.

The drums are made from gas cylinders, so they sound a little like steel drums.

Cym very kindly offered to let them experience the effect of sound.

Usually the drums are used at the Memory Café and the café is sponsored by Barchester, so the café and Kernow House had the pleasure of working together.

Kernow House used the opportunity for general manager, Careen Harris, to present Cym with £117 raised in the Christmas raffle.
