THREE volunteers from the Bude branch of 'Save The Children' received the honour of meeting The Princess Royal recently (as reported previously in the 'Post'). During the reception, Her Royal Highness praised fundraising successes in Devon and Cornwall. Over the last three years, local branches and shops have raised over £1-million to help fund Save the Children's work in the UK and across the world. Guests included members of staff from Rick Stein's Seafood Restaurant who serve Save the Children Charity Lunches each February.
