TWO local slimmers have been recognised nationally for their achievements.
The mayor of Camelford, Rob Rotchell, has lost four stone by following the Cambridge Weight Plan loss and maintenance programme. Rob is now much slimmer and healthier after three years and has won Maintainer of the Year 2016.
Talking about his transformation, Rob said: “It’s more than the weight loss, it’s the one-to-one help, support and guidance of the consultant. It’s about changing the way you look at food and life. I’ve got a new lease of life and I feel great.”
Louise (who wishes to remain anonymous) has also lost four stone and has received special national commendation.
Louise said: “I’m so pleased to have had a local consultant, Anne Marsh, who has encouraged me to stick to the plan as I haven’t usually managed too. I’m now on maintenance and Anne continues to support me with portion sizes and food elimination analysis.”
Anne said: “Congratulations to both Rob and Louise. A slimmer, fitter, healthy New Year will bring great things I am sure.”
