PLANS for an extension at Holsworthy’s new livestock market to form a hay store have been permitted by Torridge District Council.

Documents submitted to the council state the development will have a steel frame and be clad with timber boards, to match the existing building.

The application was considered at the plans committee — it had been referred to the committee because Torridge Council owns the land.
