A FIFTH man has been bailed in connection with the death of Cinderford dad Shaun James.

A 60-year-old man from Cinderford was arrested last Thursday on suspicion of murdering Mr James in 2002.

His arrest followed the arrests of four men (a 53-year-old Cheltenham man and three men from Cinderford aged 46, 63 and 51) two weeks ago on suspicion of conspiracy to murder.

All the men have been bailed to return to police in May.
