A MAN was taken to hospital in the early hours of Wednesday morning, June 6, after he was allegedly stabbed ten times, two of which were considered ‘more serious’, on North Road in Holsworthy.
Police said they were called, along with an ambulance, at 12.40am following reports of a man having been stabbed a number of times following a fight ‘involving multiple men’.
A police enquiry is now underway and detectives have launched an investigation following the incident.
An air ambulance was deployed but police said the ‘victim refused to go in it’, and was later taken to North Devon District Hospital by land ambulance.
