LOCAL amateur dramatic society, The Eastend Flyover Company are proud to announce their new play, which is to be staged at the Penquoit Centre in Lawrenny from July 6 - 8.
A magical and mysterious piece based on the Grimm's Fairytales, 'A Grimmer Tale' has been co-written by local storyteller Owain Roach, scriptwriter Naomi Chiffi and Flyover chairperson, Angharad Scourfield.
The Flyover is delighted to be working alongside the pupils of Castle School, Cresselly, many of whom will be starring in the production that will feature live music from local harpist and songwriter Jess Ward.
On May 6 they will be holding a fundraising evening at Caffe Vista in Tenby, which will involve a quiz, cake sale and raffle with prizes kindly donated by Anna's Welsh Zoo, Andrew Price Salon, Pembrokeshire Beachfood Company, Freshwest Silver, Trefloyne Manor, Ocean Restaurant and many more.
Yanni at Caffe Vista is continuing to show his commitment to the local arts scene by donating a percentage of all drinks sold on the night to the production. All are welcome to the quiz night, which will start at 7.30 pm. Tickets for the show will be on sale soon.
