THE Friends of Delabole School held a magical shopping and craft event in the Methodist Chapel on Friday, December 2.

There were over 30 stalls for Christmas shoppers to browse.

There was a raffle prize draw and refreshments, including homemade mince pies and hot chocolate, Mel’s scrummy chilli and rice for dinner.

There was also a visit from the main man himself, Father Christmas, at the ‘St Pirans Grotto’ and a lot of fantastic children’s craft workshops with face painting as well.

Thanks were expressed to all helpers, parents and children and the fantastic community for all coming together to help the school raise funds.
