CHRIS Sims, Cornwall Council Community Network Manager, addressed Camelford Town Council about Localism and Active Partnering at their recent meeting.

He described Active Partnering as focusing on the 'big society,' devolving power to the parish and town councils.

Camelford already participates in Active Partnering in maintaining the public footpaths.
