THE Clean Camelford Week, which was initiated by the Little Acorns Nursery, has been deemed a success. Helen Sleep, nursery manager said she would like to see it become an annual event and added: "What a fantastic success this project was, and so rewarding." The 1st Camelford Scouts cleared the river, recovering six bag fulls of cans and bottles, a number plate, traffic cone and even a chair.
