MORE than 700 burgers and hotdogs were consumed, gallons of ice cream given away and plenty of fun had at Holsworthy Lions' glam-rock theme event on Sunday.
Lions members from as far as Weston-Super-Mare travelled to help at the annual fun day, which was attended by around 300 people.
The event is put on for free for adults and children with disabilities. Along with rides from David Roland's fair left from Saturday's carnival, guests could enjoy face painting, pony and trap rides, coconut shy, children's entertainment and a disco in the Memorial Hall.
Robin Mitchell from Holsworthy Lions said: "Considering that we also organised the carnival itself for the first time this year, it really was an exhausting weekend to be a Lion."
