BUDE Police are appealing for information regarding the theft of four orange lifebuoys between Rodds Bridge and Whalesborough, along Bude Canal.

The items were taken between March 22 and April 5.

Bude Police said on their Facebook page: ‘These items provide vital life saving aide and as well as the financial impact of replacing these items it also significantly increases the risk to the public.’
