LAUNCESTON'S St John Ambulance Division set to work to do some fundraising towards a new 4x4 ambulance to replace their current Land Rover 110 Defender, which is over 20-years-old, over four days last week.
Badger leader, Sonia Clements, has been the brains and driving force behind this project. She had been offered the free loan of two empty shops, one at the bottom of Race Hill, courtesy of Pat Thomasson and one in The White Hart Arcade, courtesy of Caroline and Mike King.
