A LAUNCESTON lady and her horse will be tackling the Camel Trail together to raise money for Cancer Research UK.
Emma Melia and Billy will be trekking along the trail between Bodmin and Padstow, a total of 17 miles, on Tuesday, April 23.
She has chosen the charity because of a close friend's recent death and a family member being diagnosed with cancer.
"I wanted to do riding because that is what I'm good at," said Emma.
The pair will also be joining Miah Powell and Lianne Skinner on a second sponsored ride in Looe on May 12. This ride will be raising money for ME.
