EXCELLENT results have been obtained by learners who attended the new 'Level 4 Award in Food Safety in Catering' and 'Level 4 Award in Food Safety in Manufacturing' at Sequel Training in Launceston.

One of the candidates, Lesley Martyn-Uglow from Anytime Anywhere Caterers Ltd at Egloskerry, achieved a distinction — obtaining over 90 per cent in both exams.

The Chartered Institute of Environmental Health (CIEH) in London have confirmed there are only four people across the whole country who have achieved this level over the 14 months this new qualification has been running (0.52 per cent of learners).
