A LAUNCESTON dad says he is "disgusted" with the way he has been treated after he and his 11-month-old son were locked in the town's leisure centre car park for almost two hours.

When Darren Trewin took his son to Coronation Park on Saturday, July 21, the last thing he expected on return to his car in the Phoenix Leisure Centre car park, was to find the gates had been closed and padlocked.

He entered the car park at 5.20pm, but failed to notice the signs stating the closing times as they were concentrating on the speed ramp.
