AT A RECENT monthly meeting of Launceston Cricket Club, Shelley Vanstone, Community Champion from the Tesco store in the town made two presentations to the club.

The first was a plaque to show that during the recent Tesco for Schools and Clubs promotion customers at the store donated 5,005 vouchers to the club through the collection point in store.

This will be added to the amount of vouchers collected by members of the club and exchanged for cricket equipment for the junior club.

The second presentation was a cheque for £250 towards the club's new pavilion fund.
