A LAUNCESTON couple are appealing for people to vote for them in a competition so they can win the 'wedding of their dreams'.

Steffanie Wise and Scott Poolton have made the top five in a competition to win a free wedding package, after Steffanie was recognised for her battle and remarkable recovery from life-threatening challenges.

Steffanie has shared her story, in which she eventually meets the 'most wonderful man'.
