St Stephens Church Badminton Club held their last tournament of the season, the John Worsley Cup. Winners (pictured) were James Downing, right, and Matt Davey (64 pts) and close runners-up were Terry Porter and Nick Stephens (63 pts). The winning pair was decided by the very last game. An enjoyable evening was had by all competing. The also-rans were Mo James & Paul Newman, Graham Sleeman & Lorraine Hawkins, Marlene Provis & Linda Newman, Geoff Provis & Adrian Hawkins, Liam O'Brien & Helen Tremlett.
