HOLSWORTHY'S Hospital Hoppa bus service may be under threat because it is not at all well used.

The Community Trans­port Group laun­ched a

six-month trial service to establish if there was a demand for a service to Barnstaple's North Devon District Hospital at a subsidised cost.

Dr P Nielson, from the Hols­­worthy Doctors

(Hols­­­worthy Medical Cen­tre) says: "The service is not being used very well, if at all, with emy buses going to Barnstaple Hospital.

"Unless this is used we will lose this service and old people and people without transport will not be able to get to their outpateint's appointments or clinical appointments."
