LAST year, Bude Scout Leader Kevin O'Reilly completed the 300-mile walk around Cornwall's coastline wearing his Cornish kilt, and is now set to take on his next challenge of the South West Coast Path.

On August 7, Kevin will leave South Haven Point near Poole, Dorset, the official start of the South West Coast Path, and set off on his 220- mile walk, finishing, it is hoped, ten days later at Cremyll near Torpoint, the starting point of last year's walk.

"I'm really looking forward to coastline walking again, exploring new places, meeting new people and having loads of fun," he said.
