AN ELEVEN-year-old has raised hundreds of pounds for St Luke’s Hospice, Plymouth.
Kenza Baber’s grandmother was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer last year, and the family has been supported by the hospice.
Kenza decided this year she didn’t want any birthday presents on her 11th birthday, on May 23, but instead for donations to be made to St Luke’s Hospice.
Including online donations of £305, Kenza was able to present a cheque for £937.80 to St Luke’s Hospice.
Kenza celebrated her birthday with a party at Lifton Community Hall on May 19.
Kenza’s family extended their thanks to everyone who donated to the worthwhile cause.
