CAMELFORD community website, in co-operation with Jo Old of the Mason's Arms, kick started a new Guy Fawkes competition as part of the town's winter festival.
The competition added some colour to the streets whilst the roadworks are taking place in the town. Although it is 'business as usual', traders have found a drop of as much as 40 per cent in business, due to the roadworks.
As the competition proved so popular the committee has decided to do it again next year. The entry fee was £3 with a cash prize of £50 for the winning Guy.
