The local community is invited to visit RGB’s Holsworthy branch and, in return for a donation, can enjoy a delicious scone, cream and jam.
The event is taking place during National Air Ambulance Week, which aims to highlight the life-saving work done by all trusts across the country.
Steve Grave, assistant branch manager at RGB Holsworthy, said: “Devon Air Ambulance Trust is the company’s chosen charity and we’re delighted to be hosting a cream tea fundraising event. Whether someone is a cream on first or jam on first type of person — although there really is only one option — we’d like to invite them to join us and help raise funds for a fantastic charity.”
The Great Cream Tea event takes place on Friday, September 13 at RGB’s Holsworthy branch, which is located on Holsworthy Industrial Estate.
RGB’s branches in Cornwall will be raising money for the Cornwall Air Ambulance Trust.
